Common questions
- How do I log in? Enter your mobile number in the app. New accounts are approved by Jaquel Bathware or by your supplier; you can browse products before that.
- Why can't I see prices? Prices show once your account is approved, at the rate for your business.
- How do I place an order? Add products to the cart, check the total and tap Place Order. Follow it under My Orders.
- Rewards: plumbers and carpenters scan the QR sticker on the product with the Scan tab; points appear under Rewards.
- No notifications? Allow notifications for Jaquel Bathware in your phone's settings.
